Easily create, edit and delete invoices, expenses and records of income in just a few clicks. And if applicable to you our system will calculate the amount of Tax, VAT and National Insurance. Each invoice is organsised into groups, enabling you to view unpaid invoices on a dedicated page.
The same applies for inserted income, you have the ablilty to view or amend all records in sortable groups of date inserted. Expenses are also sortable, amendable and organised into groups and you can upload and attach scanned documents as cross reference "physical" records to your expenses.

User Friendly "Search and Sort" Interface

Every element of this system conveys one major factor; Excellent Usability. If expense, income, summary, invoice or payment due, you can find every record with ease. For each category, a search facility is available, and makes searching for certain records an absolute breeze. If you are searching for multiple records of the similar background, a sort feature is included at the top of each category allowing you to search your records by date created, value, current month, current year, payment method, date paid and awaiting payment. Previous Tax Year data is archived is accessed by using our date emulation feature.

E-Invoice Creation and Deployment

Say goodbye to the hassle of posting invoices to customers and waiting for a cheque to arrive through your letterbox, Contraccounts allows you to create and send invoices to the customer via email, and are then payable securely via credit/debit card or paypal. In turn this cuts the period of time you have to wait to receive your money, effort input into invoice creation AND eliminates the trouble of manually keeping track of invoices for bookkeeping, as every paid invoice is seamlessly inserted into the system along with the figures for tax and VAT calculation.

Detailed and Organised Periodical Summaries

There's no need to worry about gathering all of the information for calculation ready for submission, as Contraccounts do all this for you via the Automated Summary Generation feature. For example if VAT applies to you, a summary will become available every quarter to view, and print. The same system is in place for general tax, national insurance and expenses combined (monthly).
